You feel, that you were born as a good person. You use to be a good person and you still are, but happens to be harder and harder to act as one.
At certain moments you prefer to play social games, to act as “it would be wise” to act. Say and do things which doesn’t make you feel vulnerable. You are afraid to feel vulnerable. …but at some point you really are. It’s OK, we are on the same boat. Let’s just don’t freak out about it – being vulnerable takes a great courage.
